Alpine II

Alpine II focused on structural and performance upgrades to improve the building envelope and interior comfort of this Whistler home. The scope included excavation around the foundation, stabilization work, and the installation of new waterproofing and perimeter drain tile to improve long-term moisture management. Exterior doors and windows were refinished, interior sound dampening was added between key spaces, and minor millwork upgrades were completed throughout the home. The work addressed underlying building conditions while maintaining the character and finish quality of the existing property.
