We are a Whistler-based boutique renovation company specializing in high-end residential renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and custom millwork. Our projects are principal-led and carefully coordinated so the process remains calm, organized, and predictable — and the results speak for themselves.
We intentionally take on a select number of projects each year to ensure the highest level of oversight, craftsmanship, and service.
Design
Most of our projects are developed in collaboration with interior designers and architects throughout the Sea to Sky. We value clear detailing, early coordination, and thoughtful problem-solving — ensuring the design intent is carried through with precision. We support the design phase by providing early budgeting insight, constructability feedback, and careful planning to align scope, timeline, and execution. For clients without a design team in place, we can facilitate layout development, renderings, and drawings through our in-house design support. We also coordinate closely with trusted local engineering firms to ensure structural feasibility and full compliance with BC building code requirements.
Project Management
ACW projects are principal-led and structured with care from the outset. Matt Hyatt brings nearly two decades of industry experience to each renovation, ensuring clear direction, thoughtful sequencing, and consistent oversight. Supported by PMP-certified project management professionals, our team delivers disciplined budgeting, detailed cost tracking, and regular progress reporting. Whether managing complex home additions or full interior remodels in Whistler’s established neighbourhoods, we prioritize transparency and steady communication. We coordinate directly with the RMOW Building and Planning Departments and handle permitting as part of our process — so projects proceed with clarity and confidence.
Construction
Our construction work is defined by precision and disciplined execution. From structural framing and home additions to detailed finish carpentry and custom millwork installation, we approach each stage with careful sequencing and attention to tolerances. Built by experienced Red Seal tradespeople, ACW projects reflect an understanding of how structural systems, finishes, and millwork integrate. Clean job sites, organized workflows, and consistent oversight ensure that the final build honors the original design intent. We collaborate with a trusted network of trades and consultants who share our standards, allowing projects to progress efficiently without compromising quality.
